Handpans Made in Denmark

NORLYD HANDPANS are the first handpans made in Denmark, handmade in Copenhagen. I’m passionate about music, handpans and great craftmanship. Over the years, I have built sound systems, event decorations, big lava lamps and more. Naturally, as I fell in love with the handpan, I got curious about the craft. I researched for years, but only toyed with the idea of building, knowing how hard it is. When people started telling me that I’d be a good maker, and I started getting a network in the handpan scene, I took the decision to go for the dream. When my warehouse with all my previous projects burned down, the path was clear.

I aim to build clean looking handpans with a nordic, silvery look. In the future, I’ll be making mini handpans. Many scales can fit on a smaller diameter, and they are easy to handle and play.
